Job Search
I wanted to share my person struggles with finding a job in today environment. I have B.S. degree in Computer Science and M.B.A. I have to realize that there is not a good fit for me anywhere. It has been my experience in the dozens of phone conversations and in person interviews that I lack is experience. In today's economy employers are looking for people that can do the job from the day they walk in to the site. So what does a person do?

Keep your head high, and continue to learn more, and take on new opportunities

you've got a good head on ya Art, and a tremendous amount of knowledge, not to mention a genuine nice guy.
It's difficult in the valley, as Employers can find the perfect match (and seasoned) for a job as there is an excess of workers...but don't worry, this is changing, things are picking up soon and the market will need an influx of young, bright workers, with fresh ideas--like you
hang in there, the tide is changing.
